WELCOME TO YOGA NOVA

The mission of Yoga Nova is to create an inclusive community that is committed to supporting one another on our personal and unique journeys to a happier and healthier state of being.  We hope to create a deeper connection within ourselves and to each other that will resonate positively far beyond our local community. 

Yoga Nova offers classes in the vinyasa style of yoga as well as yin yoga, restorative yoga, slow flow yoga, yoga for beginners and Pilates. We also offer yoga classes for kids monthly. We have a small, carefully-curated boutique featuring CBD products, skincare, art and clothing, created by local artists and artisans.
